School of Leader Classes Meet every other Saturday from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.  Please e-mail for dates and locations (See Description, Topics and Dates below) See Celebration Page for location

  

The School of Leaders is a six month leadership development program which consists of:

 
  • practical tips
  • training
  • an apprenticeship in an existing community group  

Once you graduate from the School of Leaders, you are eligible to lead a new community group.  

School of Leaders - Is the Equipping or Training track for members of WBCC (both Men and Women) to lead small groups at WBCC and generally lasts 6 months. The first three months will be geared to knowing the basics, while participating in a small group. The second three months will be more advanced instruction, while apprenticing in a small group. It is a combination or academics and on-the-job training and can be done by anyone, whether they are called to "formal ministry" or not. The only prerequiste is that you are a member of WBCC.

 

The School of Leaders will meet on two Saturday's a month from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. All School of Leaders participants should be enrolled in a small group and the last three months will be pratical appMaterials must be purchase from outside source such as Amazon or Barnes & Noble and must be read prior to each class. If interested, please inquire for specific texts and reading assignments.
